According to a recent decision by the Permanent Council for the Organization of the International Congresses of Phonetic Sciences, the Proceedings of ICPhS 2015 will be posted on the IPA online public archive of ICPhS conference papers, under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 Unported License (CC BY-NC-ND 3.0). This means that the work must be attributed to the author (BY clause), no one can use the work commercially (NC clause), and the work cannot be modified by anyone who re-uses it (ND clause).
The editor of the Proceedings and the Abstract Book is The Scottish Consortium for ICPhS 2015 consisting of the members of the Local Advisory Board. Maria Wolters, Judy Livingstone, Bernie Beattie, Rachel Smith, Mike MacMahon, Jane Stuart-Smith and Jim Scobbie were particularly involved in their production.
The online version of the series of the ICPhS Proceedings has the ISSN 241-0669 (the publisher is the International Phonetic Association: London).
The online version of the Proceedings of ICPhS 2015 has the ISBN 978-0-85261-941-4, and the USB version of the Proceedings of ICPhS 2015 has the ISBN 978-0-85261-942-1 (the publisher is the University of Glasgow: Glasgow).
